This product is widely used in zinc smelting electric furnaces and volatile kiln. The thermal vibration stability and high temperature creep performance meet the requirements of the national circular economy. Chrome corundum brick products are based on corundum and fused chromium oxide as main raw materials, and are supplemented with additives such as micropowder. They are mixed, shaped, dried, and fired in a shuttle kiln at high temperature. The product has the characteristics of wear resistance, thermal shock resistance, acid and alkali resistance, etc. High chrome brick (Cr2O3≥90%) is mainly used in key parts of kiln such as coal chemical industry, chemical industry kiln, alkali-free glass fiber kiln, waste incinerator; chrome corundum brick is mainly used in carbon black furnace and copper smelting furnace Lining, molten pool of glass kiln, slideway of steel rolling heating furnace, tapping platform. The product's appearance size, physical and chemical indicators, and service life have reached or exceeded the level of similar products at home and abroad.
 
The main mineral composition of chrome corundum brick is α-Al2O3-Cr2O3 solid solution. The minor mineral composition is refractory bricks with a small amount of composite spinel (or no composite spinel) and chromium oxide content of 1% to 30%. There are two types: fused cast chrome alumina brick and sintered chrome alumina brick. In general, chrome alumina bricks refer to sintered chrome alumina bricks.
